i use alcohol hand cleaning gel, the stuff you get in hospitals, smeer a little on the bars and twist grip and smeer a little on the inside of the grip, slide on easy peasy, ten miutes and the gel cleaner will evaporate, snug fit everytime, and bobs your aunt's live in lover.

Blow some air in the grips with an air blow gun and they will go on in 1 minute and you don't have to wait for "evaporation" or anything.
