What the hell is it? It was part of an old manual crank juicer I found in a thrift store last weekend for $4.00. I have a fetish for old cast stuff, no matter how pedestrian. Maybe it'd make a good tailight or linkert deflector someday. For now, it sits in the ammo can in the garage with all the other junk I don't quite know what to do with.
